FAX Orders: To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate your order, and then print out the order. Warranty You may return most items sold by CellularCity.com within 30 days for a full refund. We cannot accept certain items including: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase. Any software or disposable items such as 3D holograms and internal antennas stickers (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. In addition, all our after-market products are backed with one-year warranty against defects for replacement or credit. For OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, in the event that a product does require service or replacement after the 30 days period, warranties and services may vary upon manufacturers. You are required to contact the manufacturer directly for details. Shipping All orders will be shipped by either USPS Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground at your choice when you place your order. We offer free shipping for ALL orders shipped by USPS Mail and $9 for either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Our standard carrier is USPS. Most orders received before 1:00pm PST, Mon-Fri, will be shipped the same day. We will contact you via email if there are any questions or changes.
